Since 2019, Kristen Schwiers has served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for First Baptist School. In this role, she develops and implements the brand strategy aimed at increasing enrollment applications and student retention. Collaborating closely with the Admissions Office, Mrs. Schwiers equips them with the necessary tools, materials, and presentations to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, she manages the school's social media platforms and website strategy, enhancing First Baptist School's online presence and driving traffic to its website.

Before joining First Baptist School, Mrs. Schwiers gained valuable experience in human resources and marketing at a local government contracting company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Digital Media Design from Harvard University.
